Within 24 hours of your first payment, you’ll receive a file with our top 10 best-selling Landscape designs. While your subscription is active, you may produce and sell as many paint kits as you want using these 10 licensed designs.

Each month, you may also add 1 new design free of charge to grow your portfolio. (This subscription excludes all Mini designs)

Each licensed design includes:

• Ready-to-print template
• Instructions
• Suggested supplies (Purchase my custom Brush Trio HERE!)
• High-resolution photo for marketing
• License sticker file

How to request your monthly design:

1. Visit our portfolio page
2. Choose a design (this subscription excludes all Mini designs)
3. Email the design category and number
4. We’ll send your file within 3 business days

License Sticker

All kits sold under this license must include the official Licensed by My Little Paintbrush sticker.

The sticker file is included with your design files. Please attach it to every kit you produce and sell so customers can see the design is officially licensed.

Make prep time easier with our ready to use stencils! Add them as a one-time purchase!

Licensing Terms

This is a commercial license for paint kit production and sale, not a transfer of ownership.

What you may do while your subscription is active:

• Use licensed designs to create and sell physical paint kits
  
• Use the included instructions, suggested supplies, and high-resolution marketing photo
• Package and present kits in your own branding
• Add 1 new licensed design each month at no extra charge

What you may not do:

• Resell, share, or give away the digital files
• Sell paint kits on Amazon, big box retailers, or major online marketplaces
• Claim the artwork as your own original design
• Sublicense the designs to another person or business
• Use the designs on products other than paint kits without written permission
  
• Continue producing new kits with these designs after your subscription ends
• Edit, recolor, or replace the sticker. Using the sticker is required while your subscription is active.

Important notes:

• The license stays valid only while the $49.99 monthly subscription is active and in good standing
  
• All supply lists, packaging ideas, and product links are suggestions only
• My Little Paintbrush retains all copyright and ownership of the artwork
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a license for misuse

• Subscriber agrees to attach the official My Little Paintbrush “Licensed By” sticker to every paint kit produced and sold under this license.  Failure to include the sticker may result in the license being revoked
